All 700 turbos are intercooled. The intercooler is a radiator-like device for the compressed and heated air coming from a turbocharger. It is right next to teh radiator. Cooling this air has two effects, condensing it and lowering the temperature to avoid premature ignition of fuel in the combustion chamber, detonation, or knocking.
Intercooled cars are sometimes confused with water cooled turbos which replaced oil-only cooled turbos. Hence you hear, intercooled, water cooled turbo cars, mainly in reference to 240 turbos where you find cooled and non-cooled variants of both the above things.
