Would that be someone from Nigeria?
The guy will present a Cashiers Check for the price of the car plus the shipping (which will probably be more than the price of the car). He will tell you to then wire him the difference. About 2 weeks later, your bank will call you and tell you that the Cashiers check is a forgery.

Just heard about this one yesterday--if you poke around the internet, think you might find something. All the wires go to a dead end drop in England.
