Hello 700 1986

Drain the coolant and refill it- unless it's really nice bright green and perfectly full. Oil + filter change, and obviously make sure it's properly full (4 qts). You can't check trans fluid level until it's running, but check the dipstick and make sure it does have some fluid. I bet it's going to start and run without any major issues. If you want to be thorough, I'd replace the plugs (careful with #4, be sure not to cross-thread it), and check the dist cap and rotor for corrosion, replace if they're nasty.
If it doesn't seem to fire up, but you do have a good spark, replace or re-solder the fuel pump relay. That's the most likely culprit if it doesn't run after 10 seconds or so. Keep a close eye on the temp gauge as it warms up, make sure the thermostat opens and both radiator hoses get hot. Before it goes on any trips, I'd replace all the belts, the timing belt, and the waterpump if there's any hint of a leak.
Good luck with it!
