Front corner light ... 700 1991

If nothing is actually broken except for the seam glue that is failing, why don't you try using some silicone sealant (like for bathtubs) to "reglue" the whole plastic lens thing back together. I have used GE Silicone Sealant on the lower front turn signal (long thin one) and corner lamps of my 89 - 744 and they have been working for years now with no re-failure. Way cheaper than replacing assemblies for big bucks.
