Main: 110 Nm (80 FtLbs)
Rod*: 1. 20 Nm (14 FtLbs)
2. Angle tighten 90 degrees.
*Old bolts can be reused if length does not exceed 55.5 mm (2.185 in.)

That's from the Volvo service manual for B230 engines.
