This morning my sunroof wouldn't close all the way.
Took off the plastic cover and the two screws were almost falling out, the nut was off! I tightened the screws and bolt, only to find out the roof would not close, it would stop about 2 inches before closing. I used a screwdriver to manually close the roof. CHECK your screws and nuts!
I'll try resetting the motor tomorrow (see archives) I think thats all it is, because the roof made a noise like the gears popping, the night before.
Of course the sunroof problem happened just before a high speed run from Palm Springs to Palo Alto!!! Being able to manually close the roof saved my sanity.
DOES anyone have experience with the plex wind deflectors?
Does it help the buffeting? worth the bother?
BTW, 80degrees in Palm Springs this weekend. Palm Springs Air Museum had a Northrop Flying Wing on exhibit, it was awesome to see it take a couple of low passes over the airport!
