I just installed a deflector from ipd on my 88 745....Have only done about four miles on the interstate as a test and have not had the experience of driving in a crosswind yet (which is where the real noise comes from) but it does seem to cut the wind noise. It is GREAT when the roof is open--happy open air bricking.
