if it is iced up, and u have a hyperdermic handy (like the ones used to fill inkjet cartridges) try injecting a little neat spirits in there (i would use neat alchol, but vodkas would do as well)...this should help melt out the iceand mix with the residue water like an anti freeze...of course then you need to get the water out of there and some oil in...
