What problems have you had with your 960/S-V90?

The only major problem I've had was the A/C compressor, which locked up.

Your leaking rear main seal may have been caused by a clogged flame trap.
The door panels should have been replaced under warranty, but you could have used a heat gun and some adhesive to fix them yourself.
Use silicone spray on your ball joint and tie rod end boots to keep them soft, door seals as well.
The A/C condensor problem was reported by Mr. Riverol. It's caused by electrolysis between the steel and aluminum with salt and water as the battery. It's best to isolate the parts with plastic or a bushing.
The micro switch is a common problem and can be fixed.

Get a trans flush to lengthen it's life.

Sometimes the vacuum bellows do have problems.

Check the FAQ, good reading there.
