Last night when I would drop it into reverse and put my foot on the gas it would stall, whereas if I put it into reverse and just let it slowly backup it wouldn't, again, it would start up with no problem.
Drove the car to work today (wife ususally drives it). This time I noticed the tach does drop, not all the way to 0, it's like power comes back before it gets that far, the Check Engine light flickers on, for the duration of the power loss. This was happening when I didn't have my foot hard on the gas pedal, just kinda released a little and it will do this a few times. When I give it more gas it seems to smooth out and not occur. When it does happen at speed, say 60 - 70mph it feels like the car bucks, or stutters. It also completely stalled again after I made a right turn without my foot on the gas. With the check engine light flickering will a code be stored or qre codes only available while the light is on?
