Two things seem likely. The first is timing. Are you timed according to spec? That will often influence hard starting. The other is the cold start injector. If it's stuck open, or the thermotime switch (or ecu control)is bad, you may be getting more gas than you need when hot. /simple test on the elctrical side is to pull the plug on the cold start injector. That may give you difficult cold start, but if it solves the hot start problem, you can fix it.
