No start 700 1990

sorry to confuse everyone, when ii said that there was no click i meant that the starter does not click nd thus there is no crank. when the dealer's checked it out they spent 2 hrs checking out the car, they hooked it up to the computers and all and they cant find anything wrong with it. they checked the relays and even the ignition switch and the wire harnesses in the engine compartment and they still could not find anything wrong with it. so they didnt charge me for the diagnosis and told me tat i should bring it back when the problem occurs, but by that wime it would probably be too late.
