Voltage Stabilizer 140-160

Howdy all.

Recently bought a '70 145-S and the fuel gauge and temp gauges are dead. Everthing I read seems to indicate the voltage stabilizer must be bad. I have had ZERO luck in finding one; evedently even Volvo doesn't offer them anymore. Can anyone tell me how to find one of these things?
