I thought IPD would....I called and they said they no longer do. Then I read on another board that they carry solid-state replacements. One would think if they did carry a replacement they would've said "Oh yeah, we have a solid-state replacement for the old vibrator type.." but they didn't and didn't offer any advice on where to find one. I called Volvo and I can't get them from the dealer anymore either. I called a local shop here in Austin, and they guy was like, "oh yeah, 140's....they're the lost models"...great.
