Electrial Problem S90-V90 1998

This may be an easy fix. Pull both the front and rear signal lights from thier sockets. Check to see if the two solder connection points on the bottom are not mushed together so much that they short out. The pressure on base of the bulb is relatively high and it deforms the solder over time. Happened to my 97 s90 and seems to be pretty common.
