Hot Restart Problem - Finally FIXED! 200 1989

The copper seals (crush washers) are all that's needed. They shouldn't leak- your old one's didn't, right? I've always found that they're REALLY tight on ones I've taken apart- not sure if it's a high torque value or 15 years of dirt and rust but sometimes they're a real PITA to get apart.

As for priming the fuel pumps, the newer cars don't run the fuel pump until the ECU starts getting pulses from the crank sensor. The main pump, anyway. The in-tank should still come on as soon as the relay closes.
