found an old automotive tool in basement

It's a two sided box wrench shaped like the handle of a briefcase.The left end reads 5/16 MANIFOLD and the right reads STARTER 5/8.On the other side it says BARCALO-BUFFALO-USA.
It looks like it would reach the starter bolts nicely in some cars(not mine).
I tried doing a search for the name of the company but no luck.Anyone seen one of these before?It's old but well crafted.
