ABS brakes are different, so this is for the old style.
Never even think about using anything but DOT4 brake fluid. DOT3 is cheaper, until all the rubber parts in the system have gone bad, then $$$$$.
Use your manual for the bleeder sequence. Since there are two independent pressure systems, and eight (8) bleeders, the sequence is important. I think the sequence is found in both the Haynes and the Bentley manuals.
If you can get the IPD system, the one-man-band procedure is a good one. The fifteen minutes does not, I think, include getting all four wheels up on jackstands and removing the wheels.
