Could be the rear main seal. 133k miles is a bit early. Could also be the big plug in the rear of the head, but usually these pop completely out, resulting in a massive leak.
A plugged crankcase ventilation system (aka "flame trap" and associated parts) allows pressure to build in the crankcase, forcing oil past otherwise good seals. The flame srrestor (the plastic disc inside the flame trap) may be fine, but you or your mechanic should also check the oil separator (aka "breather box"), the small vacuum hose, and the brass nipple in the intake manifold.
This excess pressure can also force the big plug out (happened to my '86).
