Volvo needs to protect itself from those who may be in a similar name-using situation but who have neither the credentials nor the intent of Lee Holman.

Surely the Legal Minds on the BBRD and at VCONA can come up with an arrangement, contract, impramatur (sp?), something strong and public, that will do what's needed.

There is a Volvo Owner's Circle, and a High Mileage Club, how about a Volvo Marque Maker's Society that has some honest to goodness requirements for membership? Design the requirements so that only Lee Holman fits. (Lesson learned from watching State Legislature in action).
