86 240 running terribly rich, can this be throttle switch problem?

Pull the vacuum hose off the front of the fuel pressure regulator and see if there is fuel where it should not be. It is right up top and in front and the hose is just slipped on. The hose is frequently brittle. A new FPR is about $35 and you can change it if the diaphram is broken.
