Clutch chatter problem 200

Did they include a new pilot bearing?

A bad, worn, or mis-installed pilot bearing can cause an annoying, and sometimes teeth-rattling, chatter. This occurs because the clutch disc will have a different "center" than the flywheel 'n pressure plate (as the input shaft sags a few thousandths). The chatter occurs because we intentionally slip the clutch during engagement, so these mismatched centers must constantly realign -- and the clutch disc physically moves to do this. Hence the chatter.
