Hi,

I had this problem sometime back. Turned out to be lower control arm bushings. Got them replaced at the dealer for about USD $180.

Another cause could be the shock absorbers. I can hear the creaking cold early mornings and goes away as the car warms up. Some people here mentioned similar symptom and the cause was something on/near the rear axle(but you hear as if it is coming from the front).
