That is the oil port, but Freeze12 is compatible with refrigeration oil used for R12. Whether it would be good to change I leave up to you. Freeze12 suppliers sell a fill kit that has the one fitting you need to adapt their hose to your R12 gauge set. You have to locate the low pressure fill port. I don't remember a Diesel Kiki being that complex. Are you looking at the oil drain plug on the back?
