ECU replacement? 700 1989

Hi, I've been having problems with my original ecu - 0 280 000 561. It's stuck in a very rich mode (its the ecu, I tried my friend's one and the car ran perfectly). My problem is I can't find any 561s or 951s in the local scrap yards (Vancouver, BC), but there is a 571 - from 16 valve 740 and a 933 - from California model with EGR. My car is a 1989 740 B230F no turbo, no EGR. Would any of these ECUs work?
