How to test IAC? 700 1990

to test the coil driver circuits int the IAC valve:

use meter 10-14r between pins 2&3. if not replace IAC
use meter 10-14r between pins 1&2. if not replace IAC
pin 2 is voltage and should be 12v with ignition on
pin 1 6-8.5 volts with ignition on
pin 3 ground
