I'd be perturbed, too. Plastics have plagued Volvo for years, regardless of what it is. While I am a firm believer in Volvo cars for lots of reasons, I'd like to have information about other cars of comparable price to see what failures befall them. I must say, as I look ahead (OK, far ahead) in the kind of car I will buy next, I'm leaving all my options open. Since, I don't normaly purchase new cars, the car I will be driving next isn't that far away....
