You can fill the car with water and move it the fifty feet required to get it up the ramps. It won't leak that fast.
If needed, just jack it up in place using jackstands under the front jacking points (behind the front wheels) and a garage jack under the front crossmember. That will give you enough room to get under there.
You can get by with two gallons of antifreeze and two gallons of DISTILLED water. Peak is fine. Drain the system completely by disconnecting the two hoses, opening the heater to "hot", and opening the coolant recovery cap. You should also gently pull off the lower radiator hose to drain the radiator. Then add 1 gallon and one quart of antifreeze, followed by the distilled water.
Make sure your other hoses are OK, and the radiator plastic outlets are not cracked. They last about eight years max, then you're in the market for a new radiator. With a ten year old car, give some serious thought to at least a new heater water valve, then maybe a new radiator and all new hoses.
