5.25" if you want to be able to put the speaker grille back on. 6" if you don't care about the grille.

if you go for 5.25", you're going to have to make a sort of extension thing to reach the edges of the door panel to mount.

if you get 6" (6.5"? i forgot), it should be able to fit.

you're not going to be able to get away with no cutting and no drilling if you want a good tight mount.

i'll take pictures of it for you tomorrow evening after work. it's a little late for me to show you now unfortunately. i have 5.25".
