Bob -- I've gotten inside several small clocks to replace capacitors; I suspect the technique is the same. I cut the metal housing about 1/4" back of the front bezel with a cutoff wheel in a Dremel. Makes a metal sawdust mess, but very little actually goes inside. I reattach with that metal tape used to repair holes in mufflers.

Ooops... I just realized this doesn't get into the bezel, and I can't figure out how to delete or cancel this submission, so...forget what I was trying to say. Sorry...
