Fuel Pump 700

It wouldn't be the pump, the power to it should be turned off when the car is shutoff. I would have guess the relay, but if you changed it...

So then the relay must remain engaged after the car is shutoff. Figure out what controls the relay. maybe a schematic in a manual would help.

As a temporary fix you can just remove the relay (I think behind your ashtray area) after shuting off the car. It's just plugged in. That SHOULD stop the pump. Check it out. At least this way you can drive the car and not worry about burning out your pump or causing some unwanted explosion.
