It's supposed to be under the #3 or #4 runner. So towards the back. Maybe I'm blind, but I was never able to find it. If you have a helper and some jack stands or a low profile bucket.. you can drain the coolant the hard way. Line the bucket with a 13 gal plastic bag. Have the helper lean over the top of the fender and support the back of the bag. While you're under the car, support the front of the bag and remove the lower radiator hose (loosen the hose clamp, wait for it to drain and then pull the whole thing off). You want to support both ends because both the block and radiator will pour in opposite directions.
