I had the same problem 200

I had the exact same problem; loud squealing especially when first starting out or the lights were on etc. I replaced the alternator bushings (polyurethane type from IPD). I think there are 2 in the alternator bracket and another on the banana shaped bracket.

It turned out the bushings were badly worn which cocked the alternator pulley a bit off line thus causing the belt to squeal. It isn't a difficult to do yourself if that is the problem.
