Matt! Shift down, buddy! 140-160

A 122 auto to stick conversion is NOT straightforward like a 140!
There are no holes for the crossmember and if you weld in the right brackets (from the REQUIRED donor car) at just almost the right place (like I did), they won't be welded all the way round, they'll hang out in mid air. There are other (read: worse) ways to mount the crossmember, I've seen a few.
(Four speed donor car? Cool! Fix that one up instead. Wish I had).
The tunnel is quite a bit wider; Once you've installed all three of the correct pedals (yes, even the gas pedal is different), there's hardly room for a man-sized foot between the brake pedal and tunnel.
I know, all the other stuff looks to be there-Clutch master cylinder hole, bracket on frame for clutch hydraulic hose... but the auto/stick 122 bodies are completely different.
If you want a four speed Amazon, buy a four speed Amazon.
I've done this conversion, and though we (my wife, mainly, ladies size 7 shoe)put 100,000+ miles on it that way, it's not worth it.
Write (or better, call) me for more specifics.
122 automatic=hardly a parts car IMHO.
