Justin's instructions are good, but I wonder what your REAL problem is.
Your car should start fine without the cold start injector unless it 's below 50degF. Also why not get the correct Volvo part, the thermo time switch? This operated the injector when it's cold but only for about 5 seconds (it warms itself up). It's wired to the start circuit, which is where you should wire your toggle switch.
I'd look for another reason for hard starting.
Bad timing, low compression, poor spark are culprits.
