Injector Spray Pattern? 700

Clean, unclogged injectors should atomize the fuel- a fine mist. Streaming injectors are problematic. Could be clogged with gunk, sand particles or the like, or , in your case, just worn out.

I think your car's fuel pressure is 43 psi, so maybe it was just too little pressure to atomize the fuel. FWIW, I cleaned the injectors from my turbo somewhat similarly, but used 75 psi.
