Hall Sensor testing??? 700

Still trying to figure out why car idles rough, in testing the connector to my hall sensor ('86 745T) I get the probper voltage at #3 11v and at #2 5v however I am getting 50ohms of resistance between #1 and ground. The FAQ section says this should be 0 resitance. is this enough to cause a problem and if so where do I look to fix it. Please help, car has to be smogged by next friday or I am a hitchhiker.
