Lets go to basics. The water dripping is coming out of the air which comes into contact with the chilled surface, just like on the surface of a cold soda can or beer bottle.
The cure must therefore be to make the surface which the air contacts not be so cold. The black foamy sticky stuff is pretty good. Call around, like to an a/c shop, and see if you can get a bit of that. Use the vinyl disposable gloves when working it.
Otherwise improvise. My usual hardware store has black foam pipe insulation (in stock in winter) for house pipe wrapping. It come sized for the O.D. of the pipe to wrap, and in 8-foot sections. Cheap stuff. Cuts easy with scissors or utility knife. Seals good. Just get the chilled pipes covered with some insulation of some kind. Finish seal with duct tape.
Good Luck,
Bob
