As a collector of old junk, I think it really sucks when the neighbors (or the law) can dictate what you can or cannot do with property you own and pay taxes on. I'm lucky enough to own some property out in the sticks where I can park a dozen old Volvos and scavenge parts at my leisure. I wonder what would happen if every time you drove down your street, you shut the ignition key off while rolling with the car in gear, pumped the gas a few times and turned the ignition back on? Might be especially enjoyable at about 2AM.
