Help please Won't Start 700 1991

Engine turns over ok
Pulled a spark plug out and earthed it, tried to start it up, no spark.
Checked 12v supply to coil OK
Checked all fuses OK
Checked 12 volt supplies to fuses. Fuse 11 has NO 12 volt supply either side of the fuse. Fuel pump has no supply.
What could it be?
Any help appreciated.
