Here We Go Again: More Cooked Engines

And you should *always* replace the heater control valve (water valve) on any 7/9 series car that has already had an overheating event. Probably the #1 cause of a secondary cooling system failure, within 2 weeks after the first is fixed (i.e. radiator, hose, water pump, etc). Like Steve says, Cheap insurance!
