you'll have to replace the whole hinge.....can't just get the springs......on my '88, (and other folks have done this too), i just swapped the front and rear.....same side only and all the usual caveats about propping up the doors while you do this....an extra pair of hands is handy.....don't know about years, but like a lot of things, anything from mid eighties on should do it..have got them from boneyards before....they should be readily available.......good luck.....j.
