Still Idle Problem 700 1990

"As for the temp sensors, I've replaced both - the WCT sensor at the radiator and the other sensor under the intake manifold"

This statement suggests that you only replaced one temp sensor under the manifold instead of two. The ECU sensor (the one under 3 & 4) and harder to get to and is the only one the ecu will see to make compensation.
