Why should this be a problem? 900 1993

Markus,

It is a slight anouyance more than anything. The engine idles fine around 750-800 rmps until the A/C is turned on (sometimes turning the just the fan on also)when the rpms drop below 500. I quess it's more than 100 rpm drop as I originally stated. The car shakes alot and the pickup from idle at a red light (it's green, go Dad) is very slow.

My wife's '93 940 turbo, and both of my daughter's '91 240s do not drop at all when turning on the A/C.

My car also has the most miles, over 250K. It has been doing this for over a year now.

Other than this, the car is great. My goal take it to 300K.
