HELP SERIOUSLY 700 1990

Help me please... My car won't start. I had already posted about his, but was very vague. Cars in good shape. New battery too. Came back from vacation and my mom filled up the tank with crappy gas from "stewarts" a local gas station. Tank is totally full. Supposed to be a nice suprise. Car worked fine when she used it. After filling it she drove the quarter mile if less home and ... after that... nothing. No start. Car sounds fine. Cranks and cranks but won't turn over. i added a bottle of iso dry, hoping it would get rid of any water or moisture in the tank. What can i do... I can't leave the house. 1990 740 Auto (turbo)
