Just to clear something up. When you said yesterday the car would not turn over most people would take that to mean the starter will not cause the engine to rotate in an effort to start it. It sounds like your car is cranking just fine. Apparently the problem is that while it cranks over it will not start (fire, run). This would suggest you either have a problem with fuel delivery or an ignition problem that is not suppling spark (or both).
There is a 25 amp fuse in a holder on the driver's side of the engine compartment (attached just inside along the fender. It is the spade type of fuse that pushes into the holder. Find and remove that fuse and clean it up and try to start it again.
If the fuse doesn't do it you need to find out if you have spark. Remove a spark plug wire and insert something metal into the boot so it makes contact with the piece that normally contacts the top of the plug. With it (wire, piece of coat hanger?) close but not touching the head (or any ground) have someone crank the engine for you. Either you have spark or you don't, figure out which.
If you have spark then you may have a fuel delivery problem. Take the air intake hose off of the throttle body. This is the black accordian type hose that runs up and attaches on the driver's side of the engine. Spray starting fluid into the throttle body while someone holds the accelerator to the floor. Release accelerator and replace hose and try to start- if it runs momentarily you have a fuel delivery problem.
At that point post back INCLUDING what you have done and what the results were.
