Torque Chart for FAQ?

Well, usability/convenience is inversely related to simplicity.

Your spreadsheet method would surely work. What I proposed would involve adding a table to a database (MySQL preferred). Not every user would have to login, only the 'moderators'.

Furthermore, there can be one single moderator password to pass around several people.

The advantage to doing it this method is that is dynamic, and allows it to be built on. Supposing the database gets really huge with all the torque values after a while... I could implement a search in a few easy steps to filter in or out items. You can't do it the other way.

All that Jarrod would have to do is put the file on (assuming PHP is available) and create 1 MySQL table.

It's your call. If this is still too much of a hassle, then I can simply host it on my own server (www.crimetank.com) and have people input the data there. Once in a while I would give you a dump of what is in the database so that you can take just the HTML and put it on a page.
