Turn signal blinking fast

You may have a bad ground- you'll probably find that the light doesn't work correctly when you have the parking lights on as well. Inspect ground screws for the taillights and front corner lamps. Remove the screw and wire brush any corrosion you find. The other possibility is a bad connection in the socket of one of the bulbs. Remove the socket and bulb and inspect. There should not be any white corrosion on the bulb. Clean it up with a little sandpaper, nail file, or a wire brush.
Good luck.
