Turn signal blinking fast

try replacing the bulbs in the turns signals in the front upon inspection you will see the leads for the bulbs have been melted together causing them to touch thus causing the light to blink faster than normal, and the lights that i am talking about are the orange bulbs in the front turnsignals.
