No Boost 200

I'm not an expert on this (actually, know very little) but I would think it shouldn't have TOO much resistance. I know, that on mine, I suddenly lost boost and the actuator rod had came loose. The cotter pin had fallen out so the wastgate was not being moved at all and I had zero boost. I suppose that if the little vacuum gizmo couldn't open it, due to it's stiffness, it could result in the same condition...
